The Group acquired Ultrapharm in 2018. It is a specifically gluten-free business and has manufactured products in the UK since 1993. It has been based in South Wales since 2008 and now employs 130 people. The company’s unique approach to craft and baking creates premium gluten-free products with the flavour and taste of traditional bread. It supplies the UK retail market and the premium sandwich market with a range that features a large selection of artisan bread, sandwich loaves and award-winning morning goods and seasonal lines.
