All that goes into the incredible classic affogato is vanilla ice cream and gourmet hot chocolate – serve with a seasonal hot cross bun for an afternoon pick me up.

  • 1 Fruity Hot Cross Bun
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 100g chopped Chocolate
  • 600ml Milk
  • 100 Double Cream
  1. Pour the milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a pan. Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream to your mug or glass and pour the hot chocolate over.
  3. Toast your hot cross bun and either serve at the side for a tasty accompaniment, or cut into chunks and place on top for garnish.
  4. Serve and enjoy immediately.
