Since its humble beginnings in 1895, Fletchers has evolved into one of the most diverse and highly efficient bakery manufacturers in the UK. Joining the Finsbury family in 2014, we’ve continued to build on the rich heritage while embracing innovation and modern production techniques.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Sheffield is home to nine high-volume automated manufacturing lines across 6 categories of Baked Goods, each contributing to the consistent annual output of 120 million products. With a dedicated team of over 420 skilled employees, we’re proud to be a significant employer in the region, fostering a culture of expertise and passion for baking.

Our Hot Cross Buns are a seasonal timeless classic, for good reason. Made with premium ingredients and baked to perfection, Fletchers produces over 27.5 million hot cross buns per year for some of your favourite retailers.
