Since becoming part of Finsbury Food Group in 2023, Lees’ has embraced a new chapter while honouring its storied past. Our state-of-the-art 40,000sq ft facility in Coatbridge, a stone’s throw from Glasgow, marries traditional Scottish baking with cutting-edge production techniques. This blend of old and new allows us to craft millions of beloved sweet treats annually, each one a testament to our commitment to excellence.

For Lees', it’s all about protecting those nostalgic flavours while keeping up with nationwide demand and evolving indulgent sweet treat flavour trends. The team still uses traditional recipe methods for their signature taste, but relies on modern, high-speed equipment in Coatbridge to keep quality consistent at scale.
Lees' joined Finsbury Food Group back in 2023. Joining the group brought in extra investment and wider distribution channels, helping the brand grow its reach while keeping its Scottish roots and local identity completely intact.
