Why did you choose to join the Finsbury Finance Graduate scheme?
‘’The rotational aspect of the scheme which allows you to see multiple different financial roles within the business as well as the working of different sites. This allows you to get a feel for what long term role you would like and allows for well-rounded financial development.’’
How did you find the interview process?
‘’Interview process took place via an initial call and then a full day assessment centre. I liked how this was run, as although the assessment centre was a tough full day, the process was straightforward and didn’t involve weeks of waiting around between stages.’’
How have we supported your growth at Finsbury?
‘’I am currently undertaking my CIMA qualifications with Finsbury. I took part in training from various parts of the Finance team who each showed me different aspects of financial control, thus giving me a great understanding of the entire department.’’
Having been at Finsbury for 6 months now, what’s your biggest advice to someone whose joining?
‘’Ask as many questions as possible to better you’re understanding. Get involved in any job or opportunity offered. Be open and willing to move and to change roles within the business.’’
