So why Finsbury Foods?

‘’I was interested in the rotational aspect of the scheme where you get to experience 3 different roles within finance across the UK. It was a good departure for me from the typical finance route you may find working for an accounting practice. It also allows you to explore new areas of the country while gaining the experience for your career.’’

How was your interview process?

‘’The interview process was great, I presented to Steve our Chief Financial Officer, had my interview with Rob (commercial finance director) and Grant and got to meet other senior leaders in Finance’’

How have you found the support?

“The company has been paying for me to sit my exams to become a chartered accountant and each team I have been a member of has been massively supportive in my studies. In terms of the work experience each team has really put me forward to gain as much experience as possible while I have been a member of their team.’’
