Since joining the Finsbury family in 2015, Johnstone’s has continued to build on its reputation for quality and innovation. The East Kilbride facility operates around the clock, five days a week, producing 30 million quality products annually.

The renowned caramel shortbread has become a staple in coffee shops nationwide, delighting customers with its perfect balance of buttery shortbread, creamy caramel, and rich chocolate.
In recent years, we’ve invested significantly in Johnstone’s expanding the capabilities to meet the growing demand for out-of-home and food-to-go formats. This investment has allowed us to diversify our product range, creating both licensed-brand offerings and own-label products for our retail partners.
