Since becoming part of Finsbury Food Group in 2023, Lees has embraced a new chapter while honouring its storied past. Our state-of-the-art 80,000 sq ft facility in Coatbridge, a stone’s throw from Glasgow, marries traditional Scottish baking with cutting-edge production techniques. This blend of old and new allows us to craft millions of beloved treats annually, each one a testament to our commitment to excellence.
