Bob was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial management, city and corporate transaction experience in consumer goods and technology companies, including Cable & Wireless Communications plc, Marlborough Stirling plc, and McBride plc, a European private label manufacturer. Since 2013, he has been a portfolio Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman and is currently Senior Independent Director on the board of AIM-listed Inspiration Healthcare Group plc. He also provides mentoring services to aspiring and existing Finance Directors via the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Bob chairs the Audit Committee.
