Finsbury Foods has a meaningful presence in European markets, particularly in France, Benelux, Scandinavia and Switzerland, through the 82%-owned company Lightbody Stretz, which has been part of the Group since 2007. As Lightbody Europe, this distributes the Group’s manufactured products as well as third-party products. Its supply chain expertise is in ambient, chilled and frozen. While its main customers are retailers, the company is also starting to grow its trade in the foodservice channel.
