With awareness of differing health needs increasing year by year, we offer a wide range of products to meet them. This includes gluten-free breads, cakes and morning goods, vegan products and low-carbohydrate breads. In developing all of these, we follow a firm belief that healthy choices should not mean compromising on taste or quality. We are reducing sugar, salt and saturated-fat content in line with government targets, and have already removed hydrogenated fats from all our products. We’ve now achieved 98% compliance with the government’s 2017 salt targets and a 12.6% sugar reduction calculated on a sales-weighted average.
