One of the UK’s leading suppliers of pre-packed cakes to the multiple retailers, and leading supplier of their own-label ‘sharing’ cake ranges. Johnstone’s produces a wide range of single-serve traybake products – including a renowned caramel shortbread – to supply foodservice customers, in particular the national coffee-shop chains, as well as UK retailers. Johnstone’s has invested in the bakery in recent years, growing the out-of-home and food-to-go format further across our licensed-brand portfolio, plus own-label products for our retail partners. The bakery is now based in East Kilbride, employing over 120 people, who operate production 24 hours a day, five days a week. Johnstone’s joined Finsbury Food Group in June 2015.
